All actions taken in the county are expected to reflect genuine roleplay. Driving, radio calls, and character conduct should hold up to the standard of the department or role you represent.
Builds must be reasonably proportioned and street-legal in appearance. Public Works & DOT may deny plates to vehicles built for exploits rather than realism.
Residents are expected to value their character's life and safety appropriately, and to respond to danger the way a real person would.
Department members follow their chain of command. Disputes are raised through supervisors, not in open radio chatter.
Out-of-character disagreements stay out of character. Harassment, discrimination, and metagaming are not tolerated in any part of the county.
This charter may be amended by county leadership. Residents are responsible for staying current with the version posted in the Discord.
Yes. All residents go through Discord whitelisting before connecting. If you also want a department badge, that's a separate application handled by that department's leadership.
You can. Submit a transfer request through the new department's application process — there's no cooldown, but active disciplinary cases must be resolved first.
Yes, as long as it meets the build standards in Article II of the Charter. Public Works & DOT inspects new builds before issuing plates for department or civilian use.
We ask that residents be at least 13, in line with Discord's own age requirement. Department roles involving more mature scenarios may set a higher minimum.
Open a support ticket in the Discord. Include screenshots or clip evidence where possible — reports and appeals are both reviewed by county leadership, not the department involved.
Ranks, licenses, and property are persistent and not wiped without advance notice posted in the Discord and on this site.
